Recorded at the "Action" Studios, Athens, in March 2005 (engineer: Thanassis Tampakis) and mixed in October and November 2005 (engineer: Tassos Bakasietas).
The recording was made in conjunction with the February 2005 production of the opera at the "Roes" Theatre, Athens, directed by Marianna Calbari, designed by Constantinos Zamanis and produced by the Orchestra of Colours and The Beggars' Operas.
